But just to be fair, the explanation for this video is that a phone recycling company has put this footage up on YouTube in an effort to promote their business, plus the 1500 lbs of cell phones were already damaged beyond repair.

McLaren Automotive has confirmed pricing for their McLaren MP4-12C supercar sold on the UK and European markets.
Designed from a one-piece carbon chassis which helps maximize performance and safety while minimizing wight, the McLaren MP4-12C UK tip the scale at just 1,300 Kg, with power provided by a 3.8-litre V8 engine producing 600 PS and 442 lb-ft of torque.

The latest short review video courtesy of Autocar, brings the Fiat 500 TwinAir into the spot, and in this case they wanted to see if the car’s 2.0-cylinder engine marks the beginning of a revolution, or just a step forward in petrol engine technology.
This particular model featured in the Fiat 500 TwinAir review video is the Lounge version, which is priced at 12,065 GBP and which uses an 875cc turbo engine to develop 84 bhp @ 5,500 rpm and 106 lb-ft of torque @ 1,900 rpm.
Lotus Evora S review video
Autocar has reviewed the Lotus Evora S recently, testing it on public roads and on track, and it seems like the results are impressive.
Even though on the outside the Lotus Evora S differentiates itself from the regular Evora through the newly designed 18 inch alloys and the rear diffuser, underneath its metal skin is where the real differences are.
The Lotus Evora S is powered by a 3,5-litre V6 engine producing 350 bhp and 295 lb-ft of torque, figures that are enough to make it accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.6 seconds and onto a top speed of 170 mph.
2011 Opel Corsa

The 2011 Opel Corsa achieves its fresh new look mainly through the redesigned front fascia which received a new lower grille that looks like a smiley face, revamped headlights, new fog lights surrounds and an extended range of colours for both the interior and exterior.
The 2011 Opel Corsa will also be available with 6 new alloy wheels designs, and apart from new Touch & Connect navigation system, the new model also gets an optimized ESP system and re-tuned dampening settings.
Anderson Germany Bentley Continental GT Speed
We’ve seen them upgrade the GT Supersports, now the tuners from Anderson Germany have turned their attention to the Bentley Continental GT Speed, for which they developed a series of exclusive exterior features along with an ECU remapping for some extra performance.
The Anderson Germany Bentley Continental GT Speed is called the Elegance edition and comes with a vented carbon fiber hood, a new front apron, LED daytime running lights, side sills, a redesigned rear bumper and a pair of chrome tailpipes for the new exhaust system that is 17 Kg lighter than the one on the stock model.
2011 Vauxhall Corsa facelift
The facelift version 2011 Vauxhall Corsa has just been unveiled by the British arm of Opel who plans to sell the new model across UK starting from February next year.
The main change at the exterior is represented by the fresh new face with the wider lower grille, redesigned headlamps, chrome finished fog lamps and the new front bumper, while at the interior the 2011 Vauxhall Corsa facelift comes with new seat trims, different coloured door trims, centre consoles, air vent rings and door handles.
AC Schnitzer 2011 BMW 5 Series Touring
German tuning company AC Schnitzer has applied the ‘Power Treatment’ to the 2011 BMW 5 Series Touring, and this include enhancements in terms of performance as well as in the looks department.
Starting with the engine upgrades, the AC Schnitzer 2011 BMW 5 Series Touring will benefit from boosted performance on the following versions : the 520d which packs 218 HP instead of 184 HP, the 525d which now produces 245 HP instead of 204 HP, 530d – from 245 HP to 286 HP and finally the 535d that increased from 300 HP to 360 HP.
Porsche 918 Spyder teaser
The Stuttgart based car maker has published a teaser image with the production version Porsche 918 Spyder, as it announced its 150 million Euro investment in the Weissach development center.
The Weissach facility will contain a high-tech wind tunnel, design center and an electronics integration centre, and as far as the Porsche 918 Spyder teaser image, it shows a scale clay model of the production version Porsche 918 Spyder which in comparison with the concept version unveiled in Geneva, only features one exhaust pipe on the side.
Fiat 500 Abarth Police livery
At this year’s Essen Motor Show which will be held from November 27th to December 5th, one of Bilstein’s tuning proposals will include a Police livery Fiat 500 Abarth.
The Fiat 500 Abarth Police livery is inspired by Italy’s Polizia enforcement cars and it also features the BILSTEIN B14 threaded kit, while other models present at the show will include the VW Golf 6 R20 from Rothe Motorsport with BILSTEIN B16 PSS 10 threaded kit and a 530 PS Audi R8 in BILSTEIN outfit.
The BILSTEIN B14 on the Fiat 500 Abarth Police livery car enables variable height-adjustment and also offers a power boost in terms of performance, with no specific figures available at this point.
