Volvo introduces Skype app for XC90, S90 and V90
Volvo wants to be the first automaker to mark a breakthrough when it comes to in car video calls. The Swedish manufacturer has announced that it will introduce Skype for Business, Microsoft’s app, to its new 90 Series cars. Volvo becomes the first carmaker to launch such an in-car productivity tool.
Ford Mustang and F-150 to gain electric versions
Ford is going to invest heavily in electric vehicles in the near future. The Blue Oval announced that plans to introduce 13 electrified vehicles in the next five years. This includes hybrid versions of the iconic F-150 pickup and Mustang in the U.S., a plug-in hybrid Transit Custom van in Europe and a fully electric SUV with an expected range of at least 300 miles for customers globally.
