Video: 2011 Smart Fortwo
Videos with the three versions 2011 Smart ForTwo have just been published by the German car maker. These facelift models come with minor aestetical changes and revised motorisation that is now even more fuel efficient.
The slight redesign operated on the 2011 Smart ForTwo includes a revised bumper, lateral strips, daytime running lights, alloy wheels, new body colors as well as the new dashboard, which now houses a new multimedia system.
BMW 1 Series M Coupe video teaser
The Bavarian automaker has released this teaser video presenting the BMW 1 Series M Coupe with the front and rear sections still wrapped in camouflage. The car’s official name came from Kay Segler, the CEO of BMW’s Motorsport division says the BMW 1 Series M Coupe was born out of people’s dreams of having a BMW M.
We imagine the BMW M1 name will be reserved for a more powerful version of the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, although nothing was officially specified regarding this matter.
ABT Audi A1
The German tuning powerhouse announced it will release their own customised version ABT Audi A1, and at this point they just released a teaser like image that doesn’t reveal anything.
The ABT Audi A1 will follow the company’s tuned Audi A8 named the AS8, the R8 Spyder and the R8 GTR so all we have to do is wait until July 28th. Considering the Audi A1 is such a special new car for the German automaker, the Kempton based tuner will also go the extra mile and offer an online configured for their ABT Audi A1.
2011 Nissan X-TRAIL
Details with the fecelifted 2011 Nissan X-TRAIL which will be sold on the automaker’s home market have been released.
The 2011 Nissan X-TRAIL comes with a revised exterior that features a redesigned front grille, bumper and headlamps, LEDs for the taillights, new 17-inch aluminium wheels plus a choice of seven body colours.
Luxgen7 MPV EV+
After introducing the Luxgen7 SUV back in June, the automaker from Taiwan is now revealing the Luxgen7 MPV EV+ which according to their statement will offer unparalleled performance that surpasses all other EVs on the market.
The Luxgen7 MPV EV+ is a mass production ready 7-seater the doesn’t generate any CO2 emissions which extracts the energy needed for propulsion from a 240 HP and 265 Nm of torque AC induction motor that enables top speeds of 145 Km/h (90 mph). The Luxgen7 MPV EV+ powertrain also incorporates a lithium-ion battery pack that enables a cruising range of over 300 Km (200 miles) and when accelerating from 0 to 100 Km/h (0 to 62 mph) thre are only 8.6 seconds needed.
2012 McLaren F1 details
The British media is reporting that McLaren is hard at work, developing the next generation 2012 McLaren F1 supercar.
The 2012 McLaren F1 is expected to be revolutionary and its appearance will be just as striking as its performance, although it is to early to talk about specific figures at this point. There are however details that say the 2012 McLaren F1 will be mid-engined, with a carbon fiber body and might also feature the centrally positioned driving seat as the original model.
2011 Nissan Quest photos
The Japanese car maker has released a set of photos with the 2011 Nissan Quest that offer a preview of the next generation minivan which will get unveiled at the 2010 Los Angeles Show in November.
We are still waiting for some proper photos that will present the 2011 Nissan quest interior and exterior, but for now you can still notice the revamped front area with reshaped headlamps and grille as well as the rear which features redesigned taillights. These new images also offer a peak of the 2011 Nissan Quest interior with its new center console and the simplified dials.

Chrysler is launching a special edition Mopar version based on the 2010 Dodge Challenger which will be named the Mopar ’10 and which will arrive in dealerships starting from next month.
The Mopar ’10 Dodge Challenger comes equipped with the company”s 5.7-litre Hemi V8 which features a few enhancements like a hood-venting system, a cold-air intake, a front strut-tower brace with shock caps plus a unique engine cover.
