Ford Escort Mexico review video
The Britis from Autocar have released a new review video during the weekend, but this time it involves an old classic, the Ford Escort Mexico – a model which celebrated the the 1970 London to Mexico Rally in which the mark I Escort has placed 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th.
The Ford Escort Mexico was among the first performance models to be sold on a large scale, with the company building around 10,000 exemplars between 1970 and 1974, with pricing per unit at 1,000 GBP.
2012 Ford Focus review video
As the 2012 Ford Focus went on sale across the UK, the journalists from Autocar decided to review this new generation hatch and see if its better or worse than the previous model.
In terms of interior quality the 2012 Ford Focus has definitely been improved, plus there is no other car in its class that has a diesel engine as quiet as the one on the new Focus. Furthermore, Ford says they have added maturity and grown-up feel to the car, things that are also reflected in the ride quality, and the reduced level of noise inside the cabin.
Pagani C9 / Deus Venti / Huayra 3rd teaser video
The 3rd teaser video with the upcoming Pagani Deus Venti which could also be called the Huayra, internally known as the C9 has been released, this time offering glimpses of the steering wheel and instrument dials, headlights and taillights, wheels, exhaust pipes and mirrors.
The Pagani Deus Venti / Huayra will be unveiled at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show in March but before we find out what this new hypercar is all about, there are still two teaser videos left to be released.
Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue
The British arm of Opel, is launching the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue on the UK market, a limited edition Corsa with new styling details and additional standard features.
Besides the striking new Blue metallic paint job, the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue comes with 18 inch alloys, tinted windows, bespoke interior air vents and Recaro seats, all of which will help save 445 GBP when compared to the same features included in this kit added on the standard Corsa VXR.
Drift Battle: Corvette Powered RX-7 vs Kawasaki ZX-10
This next video presents a stretched Kawasaki ZX10 piloted by Nicj Brocha and a Corvette Powered Mazda RX7 with Jim Guthrie behind the wheel, involved in a high speed drift battle that will give you a nice start for the weekend.
We know its all a spectacle, mostly from Nick Brocha who says ‘We’re trying to find out what it takes to get myself runover by an absurdly obnoxious RX7’ and who also proves that you can really drift a motorcycle…well sort of.

Audi USA is promoting its flagship saloon, the 2011 Audi A8 through a new commercial inspired by a classic children’s story in which it says good night to old luxury and attacks a well established model in this segment, the Mercedes S Class.
The 2011 Audi A8 wants to distance itself from its competitors by emphasizing on the fact that ‘luxury has progressed’ which means the new A8 is more refined and more innovative.
2012 Mercedes CLS63 AMG price
Daimler has just published in depth information with the 2012 Mercedes CLS63 AMG which was unveiled at the L.A. Auto Show last year, and also released a new set of photos with the company’s range topping four-door coupe.
The 2012 Mercedes CLS63 AMG price and fuel consumption figures were also announced, with sales across the European market scheduled to kick off in March.
Powered by the automaker’s new AMG V8 plant, the 2012 Mercedes CLS63 AMG will develop 525 HP and 700 Nm of torque to the rear wheels via a 7-speed Speedshift MCT automatic gearbox which enables 0 to 100 Km/h acceleration times of 4.4 seconds and top speeds of up to 300 Km/h.
Subaru at 2011 Geneva Motor Show
The Japanese automaker announced its most important debuts scheduled for this year’s 81st edition Geneva Motor Show which are represented by the European debut of the Subaru Impreza Concept and the Subaru Trezia compact wagon.
The Subaru Impreza Concept which measures 4,42 m in length, 1.82 m in width and 1,43 m in height (wheelbase – 2,64 m), represents the first model featuring the automaker’s new design direction developed unde the new brand statement ‘Confidence in Motion’.
Forumla 1 vs FIA GT cars in Overlap Video
This next footage in an overlay video which shows both F1 cars and FIA GT cars passing through the Eau Rouge section of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium.
The two videos are not aligned perfectly, but it is still easy to see just how fast in a Formula 1 car in comparison with the rest of the cars on track, including some FIA GT Porsches which seem like they should change gears.
Chrysler 200 Convertible photos
An official photo gallery with the Chrysler 200 Convertible has appeared online, and according to information offered at the Detroit Motor Show this week, an European version of this car, which will be badged as a Lancia, will get unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March both in sedan and cabrio body styles.
Based on recent rumors that have circulated around the web, the Lancia version Chrysler 200 might be badged the Flavia, and sales are expected to take off in 2012.
