2013 Lexus LX 570 Facelift
Apart from the LF-LC design study, a second vehicle that was brought by Lexus at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show is the facelift version 2013 LX 570.
Lexus’s revamped luxury utility vehicle comes with the new spindle grille, new daytime running lights, larger fog lamp bezels, updated tail-lamps, refreshed bumpers, newly designed alloy wheels, rear-view mirrors that with integrated turn signals and wider bodyside moldings.

Lexus LF-LC Concept Premieres in Detroit
The Lexus LF-LC Concept has premiered at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit today so naturally that we now have an official press release and a few extra photos that show the new design study from different angles.
Penned at the Calty design studio in Newport Beach, California the LF-LC is a 2+2 coupe that combines “avant-garde beauty and advanced technology” and some of its most striking features include the company’s signature spindle grille with a 3D mesh pattern and framed by a deep aluminium surround, the L shaped daytime running light, the vertical fog lamps and their fading dot matrix pattern, the glass roof and the tail lamps, inspired by the look of a jet afterburner at take-off.

Audi Q3 Vail Revealed
Audi has revealed the Q3 Vail in Detroit today, a concept designed for winter sports and functionality.
The Audi Q3 Vail Concept is equipped with a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder turbocharged engine rated at 314 HP (231 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque, and according to the company its name comes from a famous winter sports venue in the United States.

2013 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid Unveiled in Detroit
The new Jetta Hybrid was officially unveiled the the German car maker at the NAIAS in Detroit today.
The car comes with a high-tech 1.4-litre TSI 150 PS petrol engine and a 20 kW electric motor which deliver a combined output of 170 PS and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque to the front wheels via a 7-speed DSG gearbox. This architecture enables the 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid to return fuel consumption figures which are 20 percent lower than what the equivalent petrol powered models return, and we are talking about 45 mpg (US rating) or 54 mpg (UK rating).

Chevrolet Code 130R and Tru 140S Coupe Concepts: Detroit 2012
GM has revealed two oddly named coupe concepts in Detroit today : the ‘code 130R’ and the ‘tru 140S’ which are aimed at inspiring a new generation of buyers (customers approaching 30, a segment which represents 40 percent of today’s potential car-buying public).
General Motors North America President Mark Reuss said that “Chevrolet has always stood for making the aspirational attainable for all generations” “These two concepts interpret that vision for a new generation. We’re seeking out our newest customers’ opinions, listening to their advice, and engaging them in new ways.”

Detroit 2012: Nissan Pathfinder Concept
Nissan’s new Pathfinder Concept was just revealed by the Japanese car company through a series of photos that were just released, with the actual vehicle being showcased these days at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.
This Concept previews the 4th generation model, which according to the automaker, will go on sale this fall. The new Pathfinder features a fresh design and increased roominess, and an aerodynamic body combined with a refined V6 engine. This engine will be paired to a next-generation Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and as a result fuel economy figures are expected to be 25 percent higher than the previous V6 equipped model.

Nissan e-NV200 Concept unveiled in Detroit
Nissan unveiled the e-NV200 Concept today in Detroit, an advanced electric vehicle based on the NV200 van.
The e-NV200 previews a near-future production version model which will provide a flexible and roomy interior combined with a comfortable driving experience and zero tailpipe emissions. The exterior of the Nissan e-NV200 has borrowed certain cues from the LEAF EV, while under its skin the vehicle features a powertrain comprising from a lithium-ion battery pack composed from 48 compact modules and a high-response 80kW AC synchronous motor generating 280 Nm of torque.

Infiniti Range Extended Electric Sports Car Concept Teased
Infiniti decided to tease their upcoming range extended electric sports car concept which according to them will combine high performance on the open-road with zero emission urban mobility.
It will still take a while before we get to see what this concept is all about, as its debut is not scheduled for this week’s North American International Auto Show, but for the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
The new Infiniti electric sports car will have a mid-ship layout for optimal weight distribution and will represent a change of direction as far as the automaker’s design language. With this project the company wants to find out what might be the next step and how to deliver an engaging driving experience in an electrically propelled vehicle so it will definitely be interesting to see what will they come up with.

2012 Peugeot 208 Ice Velvet Edition
Peugeot is previewing the limited edition 208 Ice Velvet, a vehicle restricted to 650 exemplars which is going to be sold on 18 European markets (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, UK, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland).
The 2012 Peugeot 208 Ice Velvet Edition comes with a satin paint finish which accentuates the car’s chrome details from areas such as the grille, fog lights, panoramic glass roof, rear view mirrors, exhaust pipes and window surrounds.

2013 Bentley Continental GTC V8
Apart from the V8 version Continental GT , Bentley will also reveal the new soft top variant in Detroit, and we’re talking about the Continental GTC.
The British company has already published the first batch of photos that offer a preview of this beauty complements the old 6.0-litre W12 unit and is expected to develop 500 bhp (507 PS / 373 Kw) at 6000 and 660 Nm (487 lb ft) between 1700 to 5000 rpm.
