Used 2017 Ford Fusion Overview
The Ford Fusion returns for 2017 with the addition two trim levels: the Fusion Sport and Platinum. Designed as a performance vehicle, power for the all-wheel drive Sport comes from a twin-turbo EcoBoost® 2.7-liter V6 with 350 lb.-ft. of torque and 325 hp, mated to a 6-speed automatic. The Sport features continuously controlled damping for real-time suspension tuning, and includes pothole detection technology. The Sport has accents including dual twin exhaust outlets, a rear spoiler, a gloss-black mesh grille and 19-inch wheels, and an upgrade package with various safety and convenience features is available. The Platinum features an interior with premium Venetian leather wrapping the steering wheel and antique Cocoa leather trim. The Platinum’s grille is finished in Magnetic paint, and 19-inch polished wheels complete the picture. A 2.0-liter EcoBoost® engine with 240 hp is standard on that trim, and all-wheel drive is available. A Platinum trim added to the Fusion Hybrid for 2017.
