New-gen Kia Optima will be previewed by a new concept
Kia has released a teaser picture with an upcoming concept that will be officially revealed at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the Swiss event that will kick off on March 3rd.

These are the 2015 World Car of the Year finalists
The World Car of the Year jury has announced the finalists for 2015. As you may have read, this jury is made of 75 automotive related guys and the big prize is awarded during the New York International Auto Show, event which will kick off on April 2.

2016 Mitsubishi i-MiEV pricing for US
Mitsubishi is bringing the i-MiEV electric vehicle back for the 2016 model year after no sales in 2015 and only a few hundred sales of the 2014 model year. Much like the Chevrolet Volt release schedule, Mitsubishi skipped a model year and brings a “new†model release with some minor new features in 2016.

Ford Edge Sport model announced
Ford launched the sportiest Edge ever. The Blue Oval introduces a new 2.7-liter V6 under the Edge bonnet. Edge Sport’s 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine delivers a 10 percent increase in horsepower over the previous standard engine, a 3.7-liter V6, and a 25 percent increase in torque – for a total of 315 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. Peak torque output is available at 2,750 rpm.

Mitsubishi Outlander Sport new 2.4 liter engine
Mitsubishi updates the current Outlander Sport model on the US market. Also known as the Mitsubishi ASX on the European market, the compact crossover receives a new 2.4 liter petrol unit. The MIVEC 4-cylinder engine is producing 168 horsepower – a 20 horsepower increase over the current 2.0-liter engine.

Nissan Note N-Tec gets detailed
Nissan wants to boost the appeal of the current Note on the European market. To do so it has introduced the N-Tec Limited Edition, which offers more equipment for the small model. The N-Tec version is based on the Acenta trim level and offers some fancy exterior touches.

Suzuki iK-2 and iM-4 concepts teased
After it revived the name Vitara on a small segment SUV, during last year Paris Motor Show, Suzuki is ready for a new challenge on the European market. So is introducing two new concepts during this year Geneva Motor Show.

Citroen DS4 receives new engines
Citroen DS4 will benefit from an enhanced engine range,, including new and more economical units in Europe. The premium hatchback will receive the THP 165 S&S EAT6, the BlueHDi S&S 150 6-speed manual and the BlueHDi S&S 180 EAT6.

Toyota Camry Special Edition unveiled
During this year Chicago Motor Show, the Toyota brand will unveil a special edition Camry, only a year after the model was redesigned with 2000 completely new components.
