Oakley Design Ferrari 458 Italia
British tuner Oakley Design, who is mostly known for its customized Porsche models, has released details with their latest project, which this time involves the Ferrari 458 Italia.
The Oakley Design Ferrari 458 Italia will debut at the 2010 SEMA Show featuring a set of custom forged HRE P40S Monoblok wheels, and a 5 percent boost in performance. So instead of producing 540 HP and 567 Nm the Oakley Design Ferrari 458 Italia unleashes 562 HP and 618 Nm of torque thanks to a revised ECU, a larger air intake box, and various other tweaks.
2011 Dodge Avenger
Another new model introduced by Chrysler today is the 2011 Dodge Avenger, which looks a bit more aggressive, has a higher quality interior and comes with new powertrain options.
The 2011 Dodge Avenger has also received a revised suspension with a completely retuned geometry, and as a result, the track in now 1 inch wider, the ride height is 12 mm lower at the front and 6 mm at the rear, plus the automaker’s new mid-size sedan allows tires that are 225 mm wide.
2011 Dodge Grand Caravan revealed
The North American company has unveiled their new generation 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan which received a series of revamped exterior features, as well numerous mechanical improvements.
At the heart of the new 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan sits the automaker’s new 3.6-litre V6 that packs 283 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque and which is linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission, but unfortunately at this point consumption and emission figures are still unknown. The 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan has also received a new suspension, and in the looks department Chrysler has a a series of redesigned elements, like a new front fascia, LED taillamps and other minor changes.

The Ferrari World theme park has opened its doors to the public today, so the Prancing Horse has released a series of photos and a new video in which the main attractions get described.
The Ferrari World theme park represents an idea that was born 4 years ago, and today, as the project is completed, visitors in Abu Dhabi will get a chance to experience numerous thrills that vary in intensity. And these include the extreme Formula Rossa roller-coaster which hits 60 mph in 2.0-seconds and can reach 150 mph, or the lower heart pumping ride through the inner workings of a V12 engine.
James Bond DB5 sold for 4.6 million USD
Aston Martin announced that they have sold the James Bond DB5 car featured in the 1964 Goldfinger and 1965 Thunderball movies for 4.6 million USD (the equivalent of 2.9 million GBP), during the RM auction which was held yesterday.
The James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is retrofitted with the numerous gadgets including passenger ejector seat, front wing-mounted machine guns and slicer wheel caps, and surprisingly the car is still road-legal in the UK.
Video: Local Motors Rally Fighter
As the 2010 SEMA show is about to begin, Local Motors has released a video through which it announces the debut of the production version Rally Fighter.
Developed around a welded tubular steel space frame chassis, the Local Motors Rally Fighter uses lightweight thermoplastic and carbon fiber body panels to keep total weight at around 3,500 lbs, plus it features a manually adjustable off-road suspension and a detachable front stabilizer bar.
2011 Subaru Outback
The Japanese company has released details with the fourth generation, 2011 Subaru Outback which is now available with the turbocharged Boxer Diesel engine, plus it features higher quality material at the interior, and improved spaces for both passengers and luggage.
The 2011 Subaru Outback will arrive at dealerships across Ireland in December 2010, and some of its new characteristics include a longer wheelbase, plus the car is also taller and wider than the previous generation.
Hyundai ix20 price
Pricing for the new Hyundai ix20 which goes on sale at dealerships across UK starting from November 18th, has just been announced.
The Hyundai ix20 price starts at 11,595 GBP, and the three available trim levels are Classic, Active and Style. On the base version which is the Hyundai ix20 Classic, standard equipment includes height adjustable driver’s seat, ESP, air conditioning, 6 airbags, active head restraints, radio/CD audio with 6 speakers, plus CD, MP3, RDS and USB-/AUX-/iPOD-input capabilities.
Custom 2011 Ford Mustangs at SEMA 2010
Ford announced that it will bring nine custom 2011 Ford Mustangs at this year’s edition of SEMA, and visitors at the show will also get a change to see the new 2012 Mustang Boss 302 in the flesh.
One of the highlights among these nine 2011 Ford Mustangs will be customization program developed by Ford Vehicle Personalization which will use a white and choral theme, various accessories painted in liquid silver plus an interior that features white and black Ultrafabrics material on a variety of surfaces, and inserts that resemble carbon fiber.

The first Chevrolet Volt commercial video has started airing in the USA, and the car’s ability of covering large distances (range of around 340 miles) is tied to some of the characteristics that define this country and its citizens.
The 2011 Chevrolet Volt uses an electric powertrain that spins the front wheels and offers 150 HP and 370 Nm of torque, plus a lithium-ion battery pack that is backed by a 100,000 miles or eight-year warranty.
