Lotus Elise, Elan, Esprit and Elite photos
The British manufacturer has released a second photo gallery with the upcoming Lotus Elise, Elan, Esprit and Elite, which present their future sports cars in various natural environments.
As you may know all these concepts were introduced back in October, 2010 at the Paris Motor Show, while the production version will gradually get introduced until 2016. Lotus plans to build the engines for the upcoming Elise, Elan, Esprit and Elite in-house, and as we found out at the time of the unveiling, the Elise will feature a 2.0-litre 320 HP unit, the Elan will extract power from a 4.0-litre V6 producing 450 HP, while the Esprit and Elite will use 5.0-litre V8s, rated at 620 HP.
Aston Martin DB9 Morning Frost, Carbon Black and Quantum Silver
The British manufacturer is introducing three new special editions DB9s, the Aston Martin DB9 Morning Frost, Carbon Black and Quantum Silver, to further demonstrate their ability of quickly reacting to customer demands and creating tailor-fit sports cars.
The Aston Martin DB9 Morning Frost, comes with a metallic bronze leather interior, Piano Black trim and 19-inch 10 spoke design, diamond turned alloys, while the Carbon Black and Quantum Silver versions, feature a series of black accents which include black painted diamond turned alloys, black grilles, and graphite tail pipes.
2012 Toyota Yaris facelift
These are the first official photos with the facelifted 2012 Toyota Yaris, known as the Vitz in Japan, which represents the third generation model, and this time features a designed inspired by the Prius.
Measuring 3,89 meters in length, 1,7 meters in width and 1,5 meters in height, with a wheelbase of 2,51 meters, the 2012 Toyota Yaris is 100 mm longer than its predecessor, while its weight has been reduced by 30 Kg.
2012 Mercedes C Class
Daimler has revealed photos and details with the facelift version 2012 Mercedes C Class which will go on sale at dealerships across US in mid 2011.
By first looking at the 2012 Mercedes C Class you might consider nothing major was performed, but this is actually a complete facelift, with a restyled exterior and interior, and the company’s new sedan has also received new direct injection engines and new generation telematics.
So starting with the exterior the 2012 Mercedes C Class comes with a redesigned front bumper, a new grille, new headlights that are more inline with the company’s new models, LED taillights, and a revamped rear spoiler.
2012 Ford Focus Tattoos
The Blue Oval is now offering an inexpensive way of making your 2012 Ford Focus a bit more expressive and unique trough a new range of body tattoos, as the ones seen in the gallery below.
The 2012 Ford Focus tattoos range from geometric patterns to racing stripes and various splashes and swirls, with customers able to choose from more than 200 vinyl wrap models.
According to recent statistics, nearly 4 in 10 Millennials have at least one tattoo, while Gen Xers are not far behind at 32 percent.
Nissan Leaf Aero Style Concept
Nissan Motor Company has unveiled its plans of introducing nine models equipped with custom and aftermarket parts at the 2011 Tokyo Auto Salon in January, as part of their collaboration with AUTECH Japan and NISMO.
Among the highlights, visitors will be able to check out the Nissan Leaf Aero Style Concept, which as you can see from the photo, comes fitted with a futuristic looking aero body kit, the JUKE Sporty Package, which enhances the automaker’s compact crossover with a series of exterior accessories, various chrome parts and 17 inch aluminium alloys or the Elgrand Rider Premium Concept which received a tuned engine, body and suspension.

2011 Subaru WRX STI tS
After we’ve seen a teaser photo with its carbon fiber roof, the Japanese automaker decided to officially unveil both the 2011 Subaru WRX STI tS and A-Line tS which will be available exclusively on the company’s home market starting from January 2011.
The 2011 Subaru WRX STI tS which is obviously based on the four-door version WRX STI comes with special features like an aluminium engine bonnet, a carbon roof which we already mentioned, an STI tuned suspension and new 18-inch alloys while the interior has been upgraded with sport seats, a Push Engine Switch and various other ornaments.

In this new head to head comparison video published by Autocar we find out if the Porsche 911 GT2 RS, the most powerful production car coming out of Stuttgart, which packs 612 BHP and costs 164,000 GBP can justify the 100,000 GBP price difference between the standard Porsche Carrera.
To find that out, the Brits from Autocar have compared the Porsche 911 GT2 RS vs the Porsche Carrera in an acceleration and braking test, plus a race around a test track.
2011 BMW 535d review video
Autocar is back to work this time with a review that involves the 2011 BMW 535d version which features the M Sport package.
Priced at 45,320 GBP the 2011 BMW 535d extracts its power from a 2993cc 6-cylinder diesel engine which develops 295 bhp @ 4,400 rpm and 442 lb-ft of torque @ 1,750 rpm. This engine spins the wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission, which helps the 2011 BMW 535d achieve 46.3 mpg in a combined cycle, while CO2 emissions are of 162 grams per Km.
