This next footage is a commercial video which tries to promote the Dacia Duster SUV by using the slogan ‘European top quality for a Romanian bargain’. Nothing wrong with that right?… well wait until you actually watch the video itself, and then you will understand why this Dacia Duster commercial was banned.
It seems like the production company chosen to create this ad has went to far in trying to make the public understand that the Dacia Duster is worth more than its sticker price. We advice that the video is NSFW as it contains numerous insults and vulgar language.
Toyota Prius V Video
We’ve seen details and photos with the new hybrid minivan after its world debut at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show, so now its time for the first 2012 Toyota Prius V video.
The footage shows the enlarged version of the regular 5-door Prius, measuring 181,7 inches in length, 69,9 inches in width and 62 inches in height in motion, on a continuous 2 minutes and 34 seconds drive.
The Toyota Prius V also has a loading capacity of 34.3 cubic feet, and apart from the various equipment features at the interior, everything else is pretty much the same as in the regular Prius.
Video: Australian Flood Washing Away Cars in Parking Lot
This next video shows the destructive force of the massive Australian flooding that has washed away pretty much everything in its path in Toowoomba on Monday 10 January 2011, and according to various sources has already claimed the life of nine people.
As you can see from this incredible footage shot from people living near Chalk Drive and Chalk Lane, the water level rised very quickly and washed away numerous cars parked in a lot in-front of an office building.
Mini Paceman into production
The MINI Paceman Concept which is being showcased these days at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show has been confirmed for production by Ian Robertson, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG during MINI’S press conference.
This means the production version MINI Paceman will join the automaker’s model lineup as the 7th member, although at this point an exact time frame for when that will happen was not specified.
2012 Chevrolet Sonic Z Spec
Besides unveiling the production version 2012 Chevrolet Sonic in Detroit, both in sedan and hatch body-styles, GM has also brought the Z Spec Concept which is basically a customized version of the hatch at this year’s 2011 NAIAS.
The 2012 Chevrolet Sonic Z Spec features a combination of matte black and glossy orange at the exterior, with a set of double spoke design 18-inch BBS alloys also painted orange, plus Recaro seats, a sports steering wheel and various other minor enhancements inside the cabin.
G-POWER M5 HURRICANE GS
Another impressive achievement from the power crazy freaks at G-Power, who this time have developed the G-POWER M5 HURRICANE GS, which is a previous generation BMW M5 equipped with a fully sequential five-cylinder LPG system per cylinder bank.
As you can imagine, converting the G-POWER M5 HURRICANE GS into a LPG powered car instead of petrol was not an easy task, and some of the measures that were taken involved installing the K II bi-supercharger system and fitting each cylinder bank of the 5.0-litre V10 with a belt-driven ASA T1-313 compressor.
2012 Hyundai Veloster video
After unveiling their new three-door coupe in Detroit yesterday, the Korean automaker has also released the first 2012 Hyundai Veloster video which offers driving scenes with two exemplars on a remote location.
Towards the end of the video we get to see a little more intense action, with the 2012 Hyundai Veloster going sideways, as the car maker wants to underline the sporty characteristics of the new Honda CR-Z competitor.
Hyundai Curb Concept
Apart from the 2012 Hyundai Veloster, the second vehicle designed at the California center, and unveiled at this year’s Detroit Motor Show is the Hyundai Curb Concept which is a compact Urban Activity Vehicle (UAV).
The Hyundai Curb Concept features a ‘Hi-Tech Rugged’ design with a high-tech interior, measures 164.2 inches in length, 70.9 inches in width and 63 inches in height (wheelbase 103.9 inches), and weights a total of 2,800 lbs.
Kia KV7 Concept
The Kia KV7 Concept has been officially unveiled today at the 2010 NAIAS, and this new creation coming out of the company’s California design studio builds on the Soul’s philosophy of “embracing the box”.
The Kia KV7 Concept is an MPV which combines functionality with SUV like qualities, in a package that includes unique elements like massive gull-wing doors, a bold tabbed grille with vertical LED headlamps, a continuous line of LED fog lights and custom swivel seats at the interior.
Honda Civic Si Sedan and Coupe Concepts
The Honda Civic Si Sedan and Coupe Concepts were unveiled today at the 2011 NAIAS, with the Japanese car maker offering a preview of what the 9-th generation 2012 Civic will look like when it will hit the U.S. market in a couple of months.
With a series of revamped elements at the exterior and improved interiors, the Honda Civic Si Sedan and Coupe Concepts features 19 inch alloys, and while he four-door model looks pretty much similar to the current generation Civic, the 2-door seams heavily inspired by the current Accord Coupe.
