2013 Lexus LS 460 F SPORT Preview
Lexus has also previewed the 2013 LS 460 F SPORT in Los Angeles last night, the most aggressive interpretation of the new LS range.
This variant unique exterior elements, a sport interior, dynamic handling and advanced safety innovations that include Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Advanced Pre-Collision System.
2013 Lexus LS 460, LS 460L and LS 600hL Hybrid
Lexus has presented its brand-new LS lineup at the “Lexus Laws of Attraction” exhibit in San Francisco last night.
The new LS range includes the LS 460, LS 460L, LS 600hL hybrid and also for the first time ever, the LS 460 F SPORT, with the LS 460 and LS 460L available in RWD and AWD configurations and also with the LS Hybrid available with a full-time AWD system.
2014 Forte Cerato K3 Sedan Unveiled
After we’ve shown a pair of renderings with the new 2014 Kia Cerato / Sorento / K3 last week, you are now able to take a better look at the new generation compact sedan as the South Korean automaker has released new photos with this latest model.
The new Cerato which will be dubbed the Forte in North America will be called the K3 on the company’s home market and will later on be introduced in coupe and hatchback formats. The car goes on sale in Korea this fall and in the first quarter of 2013 in North America. As far as the European market, the company has not yet confirmed its plans of reaching this part of the world.
2013 Lexus LS Teaser
Lexus is supposed to unveil the new LS today, but until that happens, here is a teaser image the Japanese brand has released on Friday.
The image shows the 2013 Lexus LS 460 F Sport variant which just like all the other new models from the automaker’s lineup, is characterized mainly by its spindle grille and bigger air intakes at the front. The rear section on the other hand is closely related to the outgoing model, but this time we are talking about darkened taillights and a new dual exhaust system and a slightly modified bumper.
2013 Audi R8 Facelift
Audi’s range topping model, the R8 has received a fresh makeover in order to become even more competitive in the supercar arena.
The exterior changes which are mostly about revised headlamps, new LED taillights, a new front bumper and a new front grille are matched by a mechanical updates such as the introduction of a new seven-speed S tronic gearbox that comes as a replacement for the old six-speed R Tronic.
ABT AS7 Audi A7
ABT is introducing a new power upgrade for the Audi A7 Sportback, called the AS7 which they claim, will not only transform the German model into a paper tiger, but also a real one.
This upgrade packs an additional 100 HP (74 kW) into the engine, which means the AS7 will have a total output of 520 HP (382 kW), enough to guarantee a top speed of 290 Km/h.
2013 Kia Forte / Cerato Sketches
Kia has released a pair of sketches with the upcoming Forte, a model which will be badged the Cerato or the K3 depending on the various markets where it will be sold.
This completely redesigned compact sedan will be introduced with the K3 naming in Korea later this year, while during the first quarter of 2013 the new Cerato will appear at Kia dealerships in many overseas markets.
MANSORY CARBONADO Lamborghini Aventador
MANSORY has created a ‘Black Diamon’ version of the Lamborghini Aventador called CARBONADO. This program which is limited to just six exemplars world-wide is basically represented by the extensive usage of ultra-light and ultra-strong carbon fiber, a material which is already present in abundance in the standard Aventador LP700-4.
The individual elements used on the MANSORY CARBONADO were created using the prepeg autoclave method in order to assure perfect finish quality and an eye-catching look. These elements include the striking new front apron with optimised air inlets in combination with the new front lip with incorporated daytime driving lights.
2013 Seat Leon Hatchback Revealed
The Spanish from Seat have recently revealed the new generation Leon hatchback, a car that is underpinned by VW’s latest MQB platform. This latest model which will debut this fall at the Paris Motor Show comes with a sharp exterior look due to the more aggressive looking front fascia, the trapezoidal C pillars and also the revised taillights.
The 2013 Seat Leon also features optional LED headlights, new alloy wheels, as well as an uprated interior which now makes use of quality materials, various metallic accents, a 5-inch touchscreen display part of the infotainment system and LED ambient lighting.
2013 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster Revealed
Aston Martin has lifted the lid on its newest sports car, the 2013 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster.
This open-top Vantage which will be available as a limited edition model will use the same 6.0-litre engine as the Coupe which means it develops 517 PS at 6,500 rpm and 570 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm.
Power is sent to the wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and in terms of performance Aston Martin claims that the 0 to 62 mph sprint time will be dispatched in 4.5 seconds while the vehicle’s top speed is 190 mph.
