BMW has published a promotional video for the newly 2014 M235i Racing. As you may have read, the new model is design to compete in the VLN Endurance Championship and represents the perfect car for newcomers and professionals alike.

The BMW M235i Racing is based on the road-version M235 and is featuring an aerodynamic body kit, a sport-tuned suspension and unique 18 inch alloy wheels. Furthermore, the German engineers have installed an FIA-certified safety cell, a high-performance braking system and a mechanical limited-slip differential. Inside the cockpit we also see a set of Recaro Pro Racer SPG seats and a Schroth six-point racing harness.

Under the hood, the 2014 BMW M235i Racing is hiding the 3.0 liter TwinPower Turbo engine rated at 333 horsepower and 450 Nm peak of torque. For now, the German officials didn’t release the performance details, but the road-going version of the model can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in 5 seconds.
