Koenigsegg has released the first teaser picture of the upcoming One:1 supercar. As you probably know, the new hypercar developed by the Swedish producer will be officially unveiled in March at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

The 2014 Koenigsegg One:1 will come with an impressive rear wing supported by two fins fixed on the roof. The new wing will most likely generate a considerable amount of downforce which will help the supercar stick to the gravel even at a theoretical top speed of more than 280 mph. Sounds pretty impressive, ha?

According to some voices, the maximum speed will be restricted due to tire limitation, but Koenigsegg will come with a limit higher than 258 mph in order to take down the record held by the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

Koenigsegg will build only six cars but all of them have already been sold. As you may have read, the One:1 moniker refers to the supercar’s power to weight ratios. It will feature 1,400 horsepower and 1,400 kilograms with all fluids. Furthermore, the Swedish manufacturer is confident that its new car will establish new records for the 0-124 mph, 0-186 mph and 0-248 mph sprints. In addition, the Swedish engineers expect to see a zero to 248 mph in approximately 20 seconds.
