Prodrive has unveiled the all-new P25 model. The car is basically a modern Subaru 22B built on the original first-generation Impreza chassis.

Each P25 starts with an original two-door Subaru Impreza chassis, and from there, Prodrive creates a true restomod. There is lot of carbon fibre used for the body, and the car clocks in at less than 1,200 kilograms.

The car also features a modern engine. It starts in life as a new 2.5-litre boxer engine, but Prodrive upgraded it and it now delivers over 400 horsepower. The engine resources are sent to the ground via a six speed sequential gearbox with a paddle shifter and an all-wheel drive system.

Prodrive also added a WRC-style launch control. As a result, the car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.

Only 25 units will be built, and each one of them will have a price tag of 460,000 GBP without taxes.
