Audi A1 customized for Woorthersee
The automaker from Ingolstadt will bring seven customized versions Audi A1 at this year’s Woorthersee event in Austria.
All these factory customized versions Audi A1 have been envisioned by the company’s chief designer Stefan Sielaff who wants to demonstrate the numerous ways of turning Audi’s new mini into a unique vehicle.
Renault Clio Gordini RS price
The French company has announced the Renault Clio Gordini RS price today, with sales scheduled to starts in June.
The Renault Clio Gordini RS comes in a Malte Blue body finish with two white stripes and various glossy black details, plus other features at the exterior include 17 inch BeBop aluminium wheels, a white painted F1 style front splitter, a body painted rear spoiler and the ‘Gordini Series’ badging on the sides.
Audi R8 GT Photos
The German car maker has published a new set of Audi R8 GT photos. With only 333 units to be sold the Audi R8 GT has been further refined in terms of both performance and appearance, and comes with a 35 HP power boost and various carbon fiber elements that are also functional.
The Audi R8 GT packs 560 HP and 540 Nm of torque instead of 525 HP and 530 Nm than the regular 5.2-litre V10 version, and the car’s weight has been reduced by 100 Kg.
TECHART Porsche 911 Turbo performance kit
German tuner TECHART is presenting two new performance kits designed to take Porsche 911 Turbo to new power levels.
The first TECHART Porsche 911 Turbo performance kit is the TA 097/T1 which consists of an optimized ECU and a sport air filter and which increases total output by 70 horsepower. With the TA 097/T1 the TECHART Porsche 911 Turbo can sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in 3.2 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 324 Km/h.
NOWACK Mini Cooper S and JCW
NOWACK MOTORS has developed three tuning packages for the Mini Cooper S and Cooper S JCW models.
These tuning packages are named the N210, N230 and N260 which point to the different power stage level that can be achieved.
1962 Ferrari 400 Superamerica Cabriolet SWB sold for 3.8 mil USD
RM Auctions announced that they have sold a rare 1962 Ferrari 400 Superamerica Cabriolet Pininfarina SWB for a whopping 3.8 mil USD (3.799.600 USD to be exact) or the equivalent of 2.8 million Euro.
The 1962 Ferrari 400 Superamerica Cabriolet SWB was sold on May 1st at the Sporting Classics of Monaco event held at the Grimaldi Forum where total sales have reached 45.101.139 USD (33.235.917 Euro).
2011 Mercedes M Class Grand Edition price
A second announcement from the German automaker today who has also revealed the 2011 Mercedes M Class Grand Edition price list.
The 2011 Mercedes M Class Grand Edition comes with unique 19 inch light alloys, blue-tinted thermal insulation glass, dark-tinted headlamps and taillights, daytime driving LEDs, aluminium roof rails, an AMG from grille plus various other chromed elements.
2011 Mercedes R Class Price
The 2011 Mercedes R Class price for the facelift version MPV introduced in New York last month was announced.
The base version 2011 Mercedes R Class is the R 300 which packs 231 HP (170 kW) and 300 Nm of torque while the range topping R 500 4MATIC is able to deliver 388 HP (285 kW) and 530 Nm of torque.
Nissan GT-R Silverstone Victory
The Nissan GT-R achieved its first GIA GT1 Victory today at Silverstone. Jamie Campbell-Walter and Warren Hughe were the two Sumo Power drivers that brought the Nissan GT-R onto the podium’s first position even though the car finished third.
The cars that finished ahead of the Nissan GT-R were two Aston Martins who got penalised due to technical infringement and taking too long to come in for a drive through penalty.
Nissan Pathfinder and Navara Price
The Japanese manufacturer has priced the Nissan Pathfinder and Navara models sold on Britain’s market.
Besides the minor tweaks at the exterior, the facelift versions Nissan Pathfinder SUV as well as the Navara pick-up truck received a new 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine that produces 231 HP while the 2.5-litre diesel packing 190 HP has also received a number of improvements.
