Italdesign Giugiaro Teases Concept ahead of Geneva
With one week left before the 2012 Geneva Motor Show press days, Italian design house, Italdesgin Giugiaro decided to release a teaser video that announces an upcoming concept that will be unveiled in the Swiss capital.
The video does not reveal much, but Italdesign said we should expect “one of the most technologically advanced cars for human-machine interface and unique style”.

Pininfarina Cambiano Concept Revealed Through Leaks
Pininfarina’s teasing game with the Cambiano Concept has come to a stop thanks to the Italian car magazine Quattroruote who showed us the car ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
The Cambiano looks stylish and sleek both inside and out, with simple yet powerful lines that project a true premium feel.
The car could be described as a 3-door coupe or part coupe and part sedan, as it features a single door on one side and suicide doors on the other side and its design is inspired from Pininfarina’s Lancia Florida II from 1957.

2012 Porsche Carrera S Becomes LUMMA CLR 9 S
Lumma Design is the latest tuner that approached the 2012 Porsche 911 with a design package that tries to make the Carrera S version more exclusive.
Described as the “perfect alternative for sporty drivers who want to experience an exclusive sportscar” this package is named the CLR 9 S and is also designed to enhance the car aerodynamically.
The custom elements that were fitted on it include a front spoiler lip with integrated cup-spoiler sword, a new front grill frame, trim panels for the headlights and a three-part spoiler lip, all of which “vastly improve handling at high speeds”.

Kia K9 Flagship Sedan Revealed
Kia revealed their all-new K9 flagship sedan which will be launched on the automaker’s home market (South Korea) during the first half of 2012.
Codenamed ‘RH’ the new K9 combines Kia’s ‘best of the best’ design with driving performance and new technologies. Its Korean market name, the K9 completes the K series range which include the FWD K5 (named Optima in the overseas markets) and the K7 (Kadenza) sedans.

2013 Volvo V40 Officially Revealed
Volvo decided to officially present the 2013 V40, as if we hadn’t already seen the photos and the video with their new premium hatchback.
The car is not a big surprise to anyone anymore, but thanks to Volvo’s official statement we now have an idea of what to expect from this model in terms of motorisation.
Volvo says the 2013 V40 will be available with everything in the company’s arsenal, from their first diesel engine which has CO2 emission levels of just 94 grams per Km to their turbocharged T5 petrol unit producing 254 HP and enabling 0 to 62 mph acceleration times of 6.7 seconds.

Nissan Hi-Cross Concept Teaser
Nissan, “the undisputed leader in the crossover segment”, has just released an image and a teaser video for their Geneva bound Hi-Cross Concept.
The Hi-Cross will be unveiled at the 82nd edition Geneva Motor Show in March 6th, and the Japanese automaker said that through this concept they are exploring ideas to expand its award-wining range.
Apart from presenting the lines that form the car’s exterior, the teaser also shows the Hi-Cross’s futuristic looking gauges, although it is still to little to have in order to draw some conclusions about this vehicle or identify its potential competitors in case it goes into production.

Techart 2012 Porsche 911 Revealed
Techart has revealed their tuning program for the 2012 Porsche 911 ahead of the official presentation at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
The kit applies to both Carrera and Carrera S models and includes a two-piece front spoiler with an integrated splitter, two aero wings integrated into the front air inlet vents, a fixed rear spoiler featuring a striking trailing edge and a third brake light, plus a custom rear diffuser and new side skirts, as well as trim panels for the front headlights and side mirror panels.

Vorsteiner 2012 Porsche 911 Announced
Initial details and a photo which previews Vorsteiner’s upcoming tuning program for the 2012 Porsche 911 have been released.
The package will be marked by the V-GT lettering and will comprise from a front lip spoiler, aerodynamically shaped side skirts, a new bonnet, and most likely a new diffuser that will probably integrate newly designed exhaust pipes.
A set of 10 spoke design 20/21 inch alloys is also going to be part of the package along with a pair of side decals and a pearlescent white body finish.

Gumpert Confirms Two New Models for Geneva
Gumpert has published a new teaser that actually offers a slightly better view of what they prepared for this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
The German company has also confirmed on Facebook that they will actually use the 82nd edition of Geneva as the venue for the unveiling of two new models, with various sources speculating that one of them will be the production version Gumpert Tornante.
As for the second new model we could be talking about an improved version Gumpert Apollo, or perhaps something totally different.

2013 Jaguar XF Sportbrake Leaked Photos
Another model added to our list of leaks happening ahead of the 82nd edition Geneva Motor Show is the 2013 Jaguar XF Sportbrake.
These photos seem to be scans of a presentation brochure, and even thought they are not in hi-res, they are clearly revealing the rear-end design of this Audi A6 Avant and BMW 5 Series Touring competitor.
In one of the photos we also get a peak at the Sportbrake’s generous luggage compartment and the flat surface that is created when the rear seats are folded.
