Skoda Rapid Revealed
The first set of official photos presenting the all new Skoda Rapid has been published today along with preliminary information regarding the Czech automaker’s new hatch.
Described as “clear, precise, fresh, timeless and elegant”, the new Rapid sits between the Fabia and the Octavia in the company’s model range and aims at becoming the benchmark for roominess in the compact segment.
2014 Kia Sorento Facelift Revealed
The facelifted 2014 Kia Sorento has been seen/spied a couple of times until now so its “revamped” design should not come as a surprise to most of you.
Nevertheless, instead of you looking at spied photos circulating across the web, here is a an official set of images that Kia released this morning, so you can take a close look and see if you can find the visual improvements applied by the Korean company on this second generation model.
2013 Seat Toledo Leaked
The first official photos with the production version 2013 Seat Toledo have leaked online last week, and as you can see the vehicle is almost similar to the concept version shown in Geneva back in March.
At the moment there is no official press release available, but according to SeatFansClub this new sedan will be offered with four engine choices, among which a 1.2 -litre unit rated at either 75, 85 or 105 HP plus a 1.4 TSI connected to a 7-speed DSG which will generate 122 HP.
Volvo S60 Polestar Performance Concept with 508 HP
Volvo and their performance partner Polestar have revealed the concept they have been working on lately.
Appropriately called the Volvo S60 Polestar Performance Concept this thing is a one off model created to an unknown customer which could be aimed towards the M3 and the C63 AMG in case it goes into production.
We say that because the S60 Polestar Concept produces an impressive 508 HP at 6,500 rpm and 575 Nm (424 lb-ft) at 5,500rpm, and not only that, but it can also rocket from nought to 62 mph (100 Km/h) in 3.9 seconds and can attain a maximum speed of 186 mph (300 Km/h).
Alpina B7 2013 BMW 7 Series
Another BMW tuner informing the world about its latest list of goodies is Alpina who recently developed a number of discrete enhancements for the facelift version 2013 BMW 7 Series.
These include over 30 new parts which among which a revised front section which helps channel the cooling air more effectively, a new kidney grille, updated Xenon Adaptive headlights, LED front fog lights, and also updated tail lights.
On the inside the Alpina B7 2013 BMW 7 Series received an a Bang & Olufsen Surround Sound System, ceramic secondary controls as well as upholstery choices.
Kelleners 2012 BMW M5
BMW tuner Kelleners Sport has unveiled their fastest ever sedan, the KS5-S based on the 2012 M5.
The car comes with various improvements out of which the most important are the ones that enable the engine to produce 660 HP and 790 Nm of torque. The extra power results from Kelleners fitting the M5 with a valve-controlled sport exhaust with stainless steel rear silencers and 90 mm end pipes, with these additional 100 HP having a direct impact on the vehicle’s top speed which is now in excess of 330 Km/h.
2013 Audi SQ5 TDI Revealed
Audi has revealed the 2013 SQ5 performance SUV at the end of last week which according to the company will go on sale early next year.
Compared to the regular Q5, the SQ5 features a sportier exterior look and various interior enhancements that reflect the vehicle’s sporty nature, and if you’ll look closely you’ll notice that some of those features include a new grille, a new tailgate, unique 20 inch alloy wheels and a lowered suspension (-30 mm).
2012 Audi RS4 Avant UK Price
The four rings car maker announced UK pricing for the 2012 Audi RS4 Avant. Customer delivery for this new performance avant will begin in autumn this year, with the car available for ordering from 54,925 GBP.
The new RS4 Avant comes with a 4.2-litre V8 producing 450 PS at 8,250 rpm and 430 Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm, figures which enable 0 to 62 mph acceleration times of 4.7 seconds and a limited top speed of 155 mph.
Lamborghini Murcielago Engine Sound Enrages Pedestrians
Now here is a video that is definitely going to attract some mixed reactions. In one corner we will have the typical gearheads who won’t understand what all the fuss is about, while in the opposite corner there will be the ‘regular’ people, in this case pedestrians, who do not really care about the sound of a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640.

2013 Buick Verano Turbo with 250 HP
Buick has expanded the Verano range with the Turbo version which packs 250 HP and 260 lb-ft (353 Nm) of torque thanks to a 2.0-litre Ecotec engine featuring direct fuel injection.
Unlike the regular Verano, the Turbo model sprints from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 6.2 seconds while in terms of fuel economy the numbers are not final, with GM only claiming that the efficiency figures will be in line with the rest of Buick’s turbocharged engines.
