Mercedes sold its 100.000 car in the UK during a year
For the first time in its UK history, Mercedes-Benz has sold 100,000 new cars within a year. The 100,000th car was delivered this afternoon at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol, and comes after the company posted record sales levels throughout 2013.

The original Twingo – “The car that didn’t exist†– is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. At the time of its launch, the model took the world by storm thanks to its bold design, innovative concept and playful demeanour, and ultimately racked up more than two million sales.
Volkswagen e-up! UK pricing
The all-electric Volkswagen e-up! goes on sale on Monday 2 December priced at £19,250 (including £5,000 Government grant or £24,250 on the road). Customers wishing to take the city specialist will be able order their e-up! from one of 24 Volkswagen EV specialist retailers across the UK, with the first deliveries expected at the end of January.
Honda Civic Tourer BTCC introduced
Next March will see the track debut of the new Civic Tourer race car – the only estate car on the BTCC grid – with Honda Yuasa Racing drivers Matt Neal and Gordon ‘Flash’ Shedden in the hunt for yet more titles. The team have their sights set firmly on a clean sweep of titles after the Honda Civics secured both the teams’ and manufacturers’ crowns for the fourth year in a row with Matt and Flash narrowly missing out on the drivers’ crown in the 2013 season.
2014 BMW 4-Series Coupe TUNE IT! SAFE! Concept
“Only serious and safe tuning will bring the driving fun you want!” Under this motto, the Association of German Vehicle Tuners (VDAT) launches a special concept car every year. In 2013, BMW AG is a partner in the Association’s “TUNE IT! SAFE!” initiative, which is supported by the Police and the Federal Ministry for Transport, Construction and Road Development. This year, at the 2013 Essen Motor Show, AC Schnitzer will unveil the special concept.
2014 Mercedes E63 AMG Wagon modified by Brabus
Brabus has unveiled today the all-new performance and aesthetic package for the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Wagon. As many of you may already know, the special car will be revealed in flesh and bones at the 2013 Essen Motor Show.
2014 BMW X5 M Performance pack
The 2014 BMW X5 will be offered with a special M Performance pack. The German goodies kit will be available from March, 2014. According to BMW, all versions of the third generation of the new Sports Activity Vehicle will be compatible with the M Performance parts.
2014 BMW 4-Series Coupe prepared by AC Schnitzer
The German tuner house AC Schnitzer unveiled today the all-new performance and exterior package for the 2014 BMW 4-Series Coupe. On the outside, the German tuner adds a chromed front grille, new front and rear spoilers, rear skit protection foil and an aggressive air diffuser. Furthermore, the German model features a 25 mm suspension lowering kit and a new set of wheels.
Volkswagen Polo R WRC Street by B&B
Already in its first FIA World Rally Championship season, the Volkswagen Motorsport team with the Frenchman Sébastien Ogier did not only set the drivers’ world champion but also secured the brand name World Champion of the WRC. To match the success of the rally bolides Volkswagen has also sent their “civilian“ brother the “Polo R WRC Street†to the streets during the past few weeks. The experts of B&B Automobiltechnik from Siegen, who have specialized in optimizing VW and Audi vehicles since over 29 years have now taken on the task of technically and optically reworking this special high-performance model that is limited to just 2,500 vehicles in production.
Senner Tuning Nissan Juke Nismo kit
Having gained an enviable reputation as the refinement specialist of 350Z/370Z sports car in the Nissan Community since several years, the team of Senner Tuning from Ingelheim centered around Benno Senner discovered for itself, the Style SUV with the appropriate name “Juke†within the current year. The tuner was impressed particularly by the Nismo variation of the Juke that had already been re-sharpened by the Nissan Motor Sports department.
