Even though Lancia hasn’t launched a new car in 12 years (the Ypsilon is here but is so, so old), the Italians have come up with a new model. It is not a car, of course, it is an e-scooter.
Unfortunately, the electric vehicle is named Ypsilon e-scooter (they could have come up with a better moniker) and it will be available in Italy at the showrooms and some big electronics online shops.

It is equipped with a 250 watt brushless electric motor and a battery pack that can deliver up to 18 kilometers of range with a single charge. Depending on the driving mode (it has three), the top speed is limited to 25 km/h.

The new Lancia Ypsilon e-scooter will be available in two colors: Maryne and Gold.

The price for this piece of Italian motoring is 299 euros, which translates into about $357 USD at the current exchange rate.
