Renault has officially unveiled the all-new Rafale SUV. As you can see, it has a coupe-ish design, which means won’t compete with the current Austral.

The new Rafale becomes the second-biggest product in Renault line-up, after the Espace SUV.

The model is 4.71 meters (185.4 inches), is 1.86 meters (73.2 inches) wide, and has a wheelbase of 2.74-meter (107.8-inch). The cargo capacity stands at 530 liters (18.7 cubic feet) with the rear seats in place.

Inside there a 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster, a 12 inch portrait-oriented touchscreen. The latter one uses the new Android Automotive software, which is basically one of the greatest product you can find today in a car.

On the engine line-up, you’ll get a hybrid layout with a 1.2-liter gasoline unit and a main e-motor. In total, the output is 200 HP. At a later stage, Renault will also introduce a plug-in hybrid variant with 300 horsepower.
