These new details also mention that the initial version of the 2013 Audi A2 will be fully electric, with an output of 60 HP and a 100 Km driving range. Lather the range will get more powering option that will include conventional diesel and petrol engines. And we are talking about a 60 HP 1.0-litre FSI, a 75 HP 1.0-litre TFSI plus a 1.2-litre diesel producing 75 HP.
All engine options mentioned above will be 3-cylinder units that will be oriented towards efficiency, plus the 2013 Audi A2 will use the steel platform from the forthcoming VW Lupo, which means the car will have a more ‘decent’ price tag than the old A2.
In terms of body-stile, the 2013 Audi A2 will feature the lines of a 5-door MPV, with a boot capacity of around 1,000 litres.
