The 2010 Volvo S60 price for Britain’s market was just announced, with the first customer deliveries scheduled for August.
The 2010 Volvo S60 comes available with either a petrol engine (3.0-litre 6-cylinder producing 304 HP and 440 Nm) or two diesel units (2.0-litre D3 with 164 HP and 400 Nm and a twin-turbo D5 with 205 HP and 420 Nm).
The Volvo S60 3.0-litre D3 returns 28.5 mpg as for the diesel equipped models fuel consumption figures are 54.3 mpg and 53.3 mpg respectively.
As far as performance the most vivid is of course the petrol model which can sprint from 0 to 62 mph in 6.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph and some of the standard features on all trim levels (ES, SE and SE Lux) include the City Safety system, DSTC (dynamic stability and traction control), WHIPS (Whiplash
Protection System), SIPS (Side Impact Protection System) and Inflatable
Curtain airbags.
UK customers should know the Volvo S60 price starts at 23,295 GBP for the D3 ES version while for the top of the line T6 AWD SE Lux variant pricing starts at 36,745 GBP.
