Fifth Gear has pitted the the BMW Z4 sDrive35i against the Nissan 370Z Convertible, as they wanted to see which of these roadsters is faster around the track.
We’ll let the footage do the talking but just for some quick reference the Nissan 370Z Convertible driven here by Jason Plato costs 33,200 GBP packing 324 HP and needing 5.5 seconds to sprint from nought to 62 mph while the BMW Z4 sDrive35i has a price tag of 38,000 GBP, delivers 306 HP and takes 5.1 seconds when accelerating from 0 to 62 mph (when fitted with the optional double clutch transmission).
Despite the price difference, the Nissan 370Z Convertible proved with 0.4 seconds faster around the track than the BMW Z4 sDrive35i.
