Opel has unveiled a new version of the electric Mokka SUV. As you would expect, there are not so many exterior modifications, since the new MY is just a mild-facelift of the variant.

The most important modifications comes from powertrain. Just like the new Opel Astra Electric, the 2023 Mokka with battery comes with a new name: it will be called Mokka Electric and not Mokka-e. Now let’s talk about the powertrain. Thanks to a new 54 kWh battery pack the model range has been improved from 338 to 406 kilometres.

The new battery can be charged at 100 kW DC stations in half an hour (from 20 to 80 percent). Another important fact is that the energy consumption has decreased to 15.3 kWh/100 km.

The e-motor of the Mokka Electric is also improved. It has 156 horsepower, 20 HP more compared to the current variant.
