2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848
The Italian bike manufacturer has published the first photos with the 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848.
This new generation model features the new, “brilliantly engineered” Testastretta 11 engine plus it comes with a new chassis geometry and “enriched user-friendlyness”.
The company also says that their 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 has got smooth power delivery, revised ergonomics plus the Ducati Traction Control system which will helps enhance usability.
Porsche Panamera Turbo by Anderson Germany
If you thought we presented enough custom cars for one day, then you are wrong. Here is another one for you – the Porsche Panamera Turbo tuned by Anderson Germany.
The package contains a new radiator grille, newly designed side air intakes, headlights borders, a carbon fiber bonnet featuring air intakes and an ultralights boot lid. The Porsche Panamera Turbo by Anderson Germany can also be ordered with tinted headlight and taillights plus the car sits on 22 inch shiny black wheels with red borders, wrapped in tires size 265/30-22 at the front and 295/25-22 at the rear.
2011 IAA: New Audi R8 eTron
Apart from unveiling the Urban Concepts, Audi has also released a few photos with the new version R8 eTron. This updated prototype will be showcased in Frankfurt starting this week, and we expected it to be a pre-production variant of the upcoming 2013 model.
This electric version Audi R8 eTron uses a single speed transmission to deliver 313 HP and 4,500 Nm of torque to the wheels, and due to its total mass of only 1,5 tones, the car is expected to go from 0 to 100 Km/h in only 4.8 seconds.
BRABUS Technology Project HYBRID
Brabus, the notorious German tuner known for their impressive power upgrade programs is starting to care about the environment.
We say that because they have just announced the BRABUS Technology Project HYBRID, a car which is based on the Mercedes E 220 CDI that runs on just electricity. The car is expecting its word premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show, but until that happens we can tell you what this interesting project is all about.
Carlsson Smart Fortwo Coupe
Carlsson is presenting a new individualisation program for the Smart Fortwo Coupe. This latest series of visual upgrades includes LED daytime running lights, 17 inch light alloys wheels, two black grille inserts made from powder-coated stainless steel and a number of aerodynamic parts.
These parts include a front spoiler and a rear skirt extension made from high-quality polyurethane, plus the car has also received a four tail-pipe exhaust system completely made out of stainless steel.
Hamann 2012 BMW 6 Series Cabrio Preview
Hamman is among the latest tuner to announce their Frankfurt bound custom creations. For those who are going to stop by their stand we mention the fact that Hamman will exhibit a new, more pronounced body kit for the 2012 BMW 6 Series Cabrio.
The kit will be matched by a series of mechanical upgrades which will enable the Hamann 2012 BMW 6 Series Cabrio to produce a total of 510 HP while in terms of performance we still don’t know what this version will be capable of.
TECHART GTStreet RS Porsche 911 GT2 RS
Apart from announcing their first individualization program for the new Porsche 911, the German specialists from Techart have also said they will bring a tuned version of the Porsche 911 GT2 RS at this week’s Frankfurt Motor Show.
Named the TECHART GTStreet RS the car will feature an impressive power upgrade program (TA 097/T2.2) which will enable an output level of 720 PS (530 kW) and 900 Nm of torque. This will make the Porsche 911 GT2 RS rocket from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.3 seconds and from 0 to 200 kmph in 9.5 seconds.

The new generation 2012 Porsche 911 was not even properly introduced yet, as Stuttgart’s new performance model will premiere in Frankfurt this week, and tuners are already rushing to present stying upgrades for it.
One of these tuners is Techart, who released a preview with their upcoming list of accessories meant to visually enhance the new 911.
Audi Urban Concepts Unveiled in Frankfurt
Audi unveiled its innovative new Urban concepts, in Sportback and Spyder forms during a media presentation ahead of the 2011 IAA in Frankfurt.
The Audi Urban is a technology study featuring a 1+1 seating configuration, designed to offer mobility in metropolitan areas, with the only aspect differentiating these two concepts being the canopy style roof which slides to the rear on the Sportback, whereas the Spyder features a chopped up wrapparound windshield and doors that open to the top at an angle.
AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 650i Convertible
A second range of enhancements coming from AC Schinitzer at the IAA in Frankfurt this year (apart from the ones for the 1 Series M Coupe) will address the 2012 BMW 650i Convertible.
In this case the open top model comes with an aerodynamically improved front spoiler, a chromed front grille and a series of chrome decor strips, plus a restyled rear skirt with a loading lip protection film. The AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 650i Convertible sits on the tuner’s new Type VIII forged alloys wheels that weight only 11.5 kg (9.0J x 21 inch) or 11.9 kg (10.0J x 21 inch) while at the interior the car received the ‘usual’ list of enhancements such as a sports steering wheel, aluminium pedals and foot rest, velour floor mats along with matt space grey painted trim.
