2013 Chevrolet Traverse Facelift
GM decided to reveal the facelifted Traverse crossover almost a week before its public premiere at the2012 New York Auto Show.
The car comes with important styling changes, especially at the front where it features new headlights, a new five point grille that resembles the one seen on the Malibu and a two-bar lower grille, along with a powerdome hood and various chrome accents.
This facelift version is also distinguished by its redesigned rear bumper and tailgate and the revised taillamps which this time remind of the European version Chery Camaro.
Toyota Teases All New US Designed Sedan
Toyota has released a teaser with an all new, US designed sedan which will be officially introduced at the 2012 New York Auto Show in April.
The vehicle’s global premiere will take place in the Galleria room within the Jabob Javits Center at 10:30 a.m. on April 5th, but hopefully the automaker will release a few more details by then, because at this point we don’t even know how this new model is going to be called.
2013 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE Announced
GM has just announced the ZL1 inspired 1LE performance package for the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro and has also confirmed that the LT, SS and ZL1 models will now be available with the MyLink infotainment system.
The 1LE package addresses the SS coupes with manual transmissions and contains chassis and suspension enhancements, along with stickier tires that will enable lateral acceleration forces beyond 1G.
Jeep Grand Cherokee, Compass and Patriot Altitude Edition
If you remember the production-intent Jeep Grand Cherokee Concept showcased at the Huston Auto Show in January, then the ‘special treatment’ featured by the new Altitude editions Grand Cherokee, Compass and Patriot will look familiar.
The “Altitude” name was chosen from more than 100,000 entries in the Jeep “Name My Ride” consumer contest on Facebook, with the Grand Cherokee version for example featuring various black exterior and interior elements such as a glossy black grille, extra dark window tint, black headlamp bezels, black painted 20-inch alloys and interior enhancements such as heated leather seats, a 9-speaker premium audio system and rear-view parking camera.
2013 Dodge Dart Rally Car with 600HP 2.0L Turbo
Dodge and SRT Motorsports announced the fact that they will be entering the Global RallyCross Championship with a modified version of the all new 2013 Dodge Dart that is going to be piloted by four-time Rally America champion, Travis Pastrana.

2013 Lexus GS vs Audi A7 Sportback
Road and Track has tested two of the latest models that “try to create new standards and push mid-size sporting luxury to new heights” : the 2013 Lexus GS 350 sedan and the Audi A7 Sportback.
Even though the A7 may not be your conventional sedan, considering it combines saloon and hatchback elements into something that is marketed as a four-door coupe, the journalists from Road and Track say the two models are quite close to eachother, and you’ll have to follow the jump and hit play to see why.
Ford Fiesta ECOnetic Technology Production Started
Ford of Europe has started production for the company’s most frugal car ever, the new Fiesta ECOnetic Technology.
This version comes with a 1.6-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel rated at 95 PS and 205 Nm of torque which is capable of offering fuel economy figures of 3.3-litres per 100 Km (86 mpg) and CO2 emission levels of 87 grams per Km.
Wheelsandmore 2013 Mercedes SL500
Even though the first customer deliveries are not completed yet, Wheelsandmore has rushed into presenting the first tuning program for the 2013 Mercedes SL.
The German specialist has refined the SL500 model by wrapping it in an aluminium-silver-gray high-tech film and fitting it with their 20 inch 6Sportz multi-part forged rims wrapped in Continental Contact 5P tires size 245/30/20 at the front and 295/25 at the rear.
Subaru XV Crosstrek
Subaru has announced its plans of introducing the 2013 XV Crosstrek at the 2012 New York Auto Show next month.
The vehicle is essentially the North American version of the XV compact crossover unveiled in Frankfurt last year, which this time looks a bit more rugged due to black side- and wheel-arch cladding, rocker spoiler and roof rails which are in contrast with the vehicles orange painted body.
2013 Nissan Altima 4th Teaser
Nissan decided to tease the 2013 Altima for the fourth time, this time through a short video and an image that offer a side view of their upcoming mid-size sedan.
You probably know by now that the new generation Altima will appear in the flesh at the 2012 New York Auto Show in April, and that besides regular powertrain options, customers will also be able to choose a hybrid propulsion system for this 2013 MY version one it will hit the market.
