The new Mazda CX-60 was first launched in a plug-in hybrid version. Now it is time to see what are the “classic” versions prepared by the Japanese car manufacturer.
Other that the PHEV, the new CX-60 can be ordered with a 3,3 liter turbo engine in diesel and petrol versions. If you’ll go for the oil burner, than you should know that the six cylinder unit can deliver 251 horsepower and 550 Nm peak of torque.
The petrol one has also six cylinders inline and can deliver 280 horsepower between 5,000 and 6,000 rpm while the 450 Nm maximum torque is available from 2,000 rpm until 3,500 rpm. Both combustion engine versions are equipped with a 48V mild-hybrid system.
More than that, these new versions are eqipped with rear-wheel drive, which is not a common thing in today’s SUV world. The availablity of these engines depends on your residence country.
