Maserati has big plans for the MC20 model. According to the Italian car manufacturer, sooner than you think, the sportscar will get a special convertible variant.

It will be named MC20 Cielo and it will be officially unveiled a few days. To be more specific, on May 25th.

Maserati will build the future Cielo on the same assembly line as the coupe variant, in Viale Ciro Menotti factory.

There is no info about the engine, but we can say that the convertible variant will get the same V6 3,0 liter engine. On the coupe it delivers 621 HP and 729 Nm peak of torque.
