Lotus has quietly unveiled a new limited run version of the Evora called the Evora S GP Edition, a car built in collaboration with the British retailer Bell & Colville and inspired from the Lotus-Renault Formula 1 racer.
The Lotus Evora S GP Edition is equipped with the Premium Pack which includes red mirror casings, gold stripes and wheels and a contrasting black painted body plus the Technology Pack which upgrades the car’s infotainment system and adds a rear-view parking camera.
Under the skin the Lotus Evora S GP Edition remains unchanged, with power provided by the same supercharged 3.5-litre V6 found in the standard model. This means the output level reaches 350 HP and 400 Nm of torque, with the car spinning its wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission that will enable 0 to 100 Km/h acceleration times of 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 285 Km/h.
With only 3 exemplars scheduled for production the Lotus Evora S GP Edition price starts at 69,950 GBP, the equivalent of around 80,700 Euros or 109,000 USD.
