Lexus LC is one of the most impressive, good looking, coupes in the world. But today, the Japanese car manufacturer has decided to come up with a limited edition.

Named LC Aviation, the car took inspiration from aeronautics and, according to the manufacturer, it is all about the rear spoiler.

Made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic, the rear aerodynamic element extends onto the LC’s rear fenders with curved winglets imagined to aid airflow. This aerodynamic piece was designed by the same people who worked on the LFA supercar, according to Lexus.

On the outside of the car you will see a blacked out spindle grille and air intakes. Customers will also get a set of fresh 21 inch alloy wheels painted in black and blacked out headlights and taillights.

Inside the cabin there is an exclusive Aviation Black theme. The steering wheel is draped in Alcantara and there’s a saddle-like color on the seats, doors and center console.

The engine line-up will be the same: a 5.0 liter V8 for the LC500 and a 3.5 liter V6 for the LC500h.
