The Leicester City football club had managed to get the Premiere League Football Championship. This was a big deal judging by the fact that Leicester won the title leaving behind teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United or Manchester City.

As a result, the Thai businessman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha decided to reward all of the players from the squad with electric cars. But don’t think of a cool Tesla Model S with Ludicrous mode.

The Thai businessman ordered more than 30 Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive cars. The model has an OTR price of £32,670 and if you do the math, you will find out that the Thai businessman will have to spend more than 1 million GBP.

And the bonuses won’t finish here because the owner of the Leicester club will offer an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas and a 6,5 million GBP pot split between the team.

As a reminder, the Leicester club was founded in 1884 and it plays at the King Power Stadium. Leicester returned in Premiere League in 2014 and in just 2 seasons it managed to win the big trophy.
