Jaguar and Land Rover have announced the creation of a Special Operations division which is designed to meet the increasing expectations if today’s most discerning and enthusiastic car buyers.

“As a business, we are completely focused on enhancing and personalizing the relationship our most discerning and enthusiastic customers have with our brands", said John Edwards, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations. 

According to Jaguar Land Rover, the new division will deliver ultra luxury and high performance models and limited edition collector cars. In addition, the new Special Operations division will do the service and will restore classic Jaguar and Land Rover cars.

This investment in exciting and desirable products will reinforce the global reputation of both Jaguar and Land Rover brands", Jaguar Land Rover Chief Executive, Dr. Ralf Speth, commented.

The new Special Operations division will be based out of a new technical center and will have 150 specialists. Furthermore, the center will also have a customer commissioning suite, a fully automated paint facility and Formula 1-inspired workshops.
