Ford Puma is the new B-segment SUV developed by the US-based car manufacturer for the European customers. But the new SUV will soon come in a performance version.
Named Puma ST (just like any other performance varianta in the Ford line-up), the SUV will feature a more aggressive design and, of course, a beefed up engine.
Until the launch will take place, Ford has decided to publish a short video teaser with the upcoming Puma ST. There are many chances that the performance SUV to get the 1.5 liter EcoBoost engine with 200 horsepower and 290 Nm peak of torque. The same unit is already available on the Fiest ST Hot Hatch.
Also, the SUV will get upgraded suspensions and bigger brakes. Inside the cabin there will be some sporty accessories.
According to Ford, the new Puma ST will be unveiled during this year and sales might start before the end of 2020.
