Two year ago, Ferrari has launched the 458 Italia, and no, the Italian car maker is preparing the ultimate version of its model. Dubbed 458 Scuderia, the upcoming model based on the Italia will probably be unveiled this September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

According to the latest report, the new 458 Scuderia was created to set new benchmarks in the supercar area. It will feature a new aerodynamic body kit that includes a special front bumper with larger air intakes. More than that, the Italian supercar will come with an active carbon fiber wing.

Under the hood, the 4.5 liter V8 unit was tweaked to develop more than 600 horsepower thanks to a modified ECU and a new sport exhaust system. The 458 Scuderia will also come with 100 kilograms less than the base model. In these conditions, the Italian supercar will sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in less than 3.4 seconds, and the top speed will be clocked at 325 km/h.
