In the recent years, lots of car manufacturers have decided to skip some important Auto Shows. And this year it appears to be same as Audi decided to skip the 2020 New York Auto Show.

But this is the only announcement made this year, because BMW and Mercedes-Benz already said it won’t participate to the US event.

According to Tara Rush, Audi of America’s chief communications officer, the carmaker confirmed its absence, saying that it is “important to review the way we bring the Audi experience to life and introduce our new products and innovations to media and customers.”

Last year, Audi was scored the third place in the premium car manufacturers with sales over 1.8 million. BMW was on the second place, while Mercedes-Benz did it again and finished on the first place of the podium.
