BMW has unveiled a few video teasers of the upcoming 2017 5 Series. The model will be revealed on October 23 with the launch of the new “The Escape” movie. As you may have read, this is the upcoming short film which follows The Hire series. 

The 2017 BMW 5 Series will be longer, wider and taller than the outgoing model and will offer much more space for all the passengers. The trunk should also come with some improvements. 

As you may have read, the new 2017 BMW 5 Series will be based on the CLAR architecture and will come with a weight loss of up to 220 pounds. According to the rumors, the German model will feature semi-autonomous driving technology and with the Remote View 3D.

Under the hood of the new 2017 BMW 5 Series will be a various number of four-, six- and eighty-cylinder engines. All of these will be garnished with a plug-in hybrid version. An M5 is also on the table and according to the rumors, the German beast will come with 626 horsepower.
