Mazda has officially published the first teaser picture with the upcoming 2016 Mazda CX-4. The model will be showcased during the 2016 Beijing Motor Show the event which will kick off in April. 

The new 2016 Mazda CX-4 will come with the same KODO design language and will carry over the Koeru dimensions. As a reminder, the Japanese concept is 181 inches (4.6 meters) long, 74.8 inches (1.9 meters) wide, 59 inches (1.5 meters) tall, and had a wheelbase of 106 inches (2.7 meters).

As you can imagine, the 2016 Mazda CX-4 will carry the SkyActive technologies. Most of the accessories will be borrowed from the CX-5 and it will provide more driving pleasure compared to the other CX-badged models.

According to Mazda, the new 2016 Mazda CX-4 will be manufactured and sold only in China. For now other markets are being considered, but nothing is set in stone at this moment.
