The latest project from MR Car Design involves a VW Touran 2.0 TDI which besides its new appearance it also received an improved chassis and boosted performance. Due to optimized engine electronics and a new stainless steel, hand welded sport exhaust system the MR Car Design VW Touran is now capable of producing 223 PS and 457 Nm of peak torque. This figures bring the MR Car Design VW Touran's level of performance close to the VW Golf 5 GTI which is pretty impressive for a van this size. At the exterior the MR Car Design VW Touran received a set of custom 19 inch alloy wheels, two white stripes that run from the front bonnet and continue on the roof plus a pair of side stickers. The MR Car Design VW Touran has also been fitted with an adjustable KW sport suspension that lowers the van by a good 80mm as well as a high-performance braking system with Stoptech 4-piston fixed calipers.
