More sketches from Audi who apart from publishing drawings with the upcoming Q3 last week, is now presenting a trio of photos with the next generation A3.
One of these sketches show the 408 HP Audi A3 sedan seen in the flesh as a concept at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, while the other two show the hatchback model and also the design of the interior. The version that gets to keep its trunk is expected to go on sale in 2012 is mainly developed for markets like China, Russia and the U.S. while the hatchback will become available in 3- and 5-door styles before the sedan.
The overall aspect of the 2013 Audi A3 is consistent with the current generation, with the most important changes spotted at the front and rear. Mechanical details are still unknown, but it is safe to assume that the automaker’s 4-cylinder TFSI and TDIs that range from 105 HP to over 200 HP will be among the available engines.
According to various sources the 2013 Audi A3 engine lineup may also contain hybrids and natural gas powered plants.
