Lotus will premiere the 2012 Evora GTE Road Car Concept at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
This race inspired Evora GTE will provide over 420 bhp via a sequential AMT racing gearbox, and apart from a more aggressively styled exterior the car will also come with ultra-lightweight forged alloy wheels featuring central lock hubs and Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires.
In order to make things clear from the start Lotus says the 2012 Evora GTR Road Concept "isn't merely a paint scheme or homage to a race car - this is a serious race car that makes for a very serious road car."
We should have more details and photos with this new Evora on August 20th so stay tuned.
