The 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI A-Line has just appeared in a series of initial photos revealed by the Japanese car maker who will sell this new variation of their popular performance sedan only on their home market.
The 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI A-Line will be powered by a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder boxer engine featuring a turbocharger and an intercooler, with an output rated at 300 horses and 350 Nm of torque which will spin the wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission which Subaru calls the SPORTSHIFT.
As far as visuals, the 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI A-Line looses the large rear wing featured on the manual version WRX STI, and it remains to be seen if in the future this model will be sold on other markets other than Japan.
