Overall Review

The 2015 Honda Civic is available in three body styles, namely compact, coupe and sedan. Each of these body styles come with different trim levels with better and advanced features. Nevertheless, even the base model doesn’t fail to impress and provides the most comfortable drive and performance. The recent upgrades on the vehicle have made it more fuel-efficient and given it much better looks. All in all, the Honda continues its long heritage of good performance and optimal handling vehicles through the 2015 Honda Civic.

The 2015 Honda Civic comes equipped with a Regular Unleaded 1-4, 1.8L Engine which is capable of generating 129 lb/ft torque and 6500 RPM. Although the horsepower may not be that impressive, the 2015 Civic still proves to be incredibly fast and is capable of reaching a top speed of 115mph in 20 seconds, due to its acceleration.

Additionally, the vehicle is highly fuel-efficient and gives an impressive 37 MPG in the city and 41 MPG on the highway. Handling at corners feels more reliable and solid, the engine produces less noise and travelling inside the Civic is more pleasant and comfortable. The base model comes with a CVT and a 5-speed manual transmission, both of which give the vehicle a smooth feel on the road.

The 2015 Honda Civic hits the road as a compact 4-door vehicle. In terms of exterior styling, the Honda Civic clearly looks like a Honda (Handsome and Stylish) and gives off an evolutionary, yet modern look. It does borrow a few styling cues from previous Civic Models. Nevertheless, the recent upgrades have given the 2015 Honda Civic a more distinctive look. It has an ‘Open-Mouth’ lower bumper, redesigned back end, giving the car a slightly wider look as compared to previous models.

In the interior looks department, the 2015 Honda Civic proves to be highly sophisticated. The untidy look of the previous models has been completely eliminated and the vehicle gives off a spacious and comfortable feel. The vehicle features four comfortable faux-stitched seats, two-level dashboard, soft-touch padded surface, and good overall finish detailing. All in all, for a vehicle that goes for just $18,490, the 2015 Honda Civic is incredibly simple, yet stylish in terms of the interior.

All Civic models come with exceptional fun and safety features including Pandora internet and radio connectivity, USB connectivity, Bluetooth pairing, power windows, mirrors and locks, and standard Cruise Control. The sedan trim comes with a 160-Watt Sound system and a USB port for charging. The EX Civic trim comes with added features such as a six-speaker audio system, automatic climate control, and a real-time traffic navigation system.

The 2015 Honda Civic outranks all budget-friendly and standard compact cars and sedans in its occupant safety and protection ratings. Not only did it ace the crash test, but it also comes equipped with many interesting safety features. The features include rear-view camera, forward and backward-collision warning, lane departure warning, anti-lock brakes, electronic stability control, and additional airbags. The (NHTSA) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2015 Honda Civic five stars on overall ratings, four stars on front crash, five stars on side crash, and five stars on rear crash, which is the highest rating possible.

In conclusion, it is safe to say the 2015 Honda Civic is indeed an impressive, stylish, fuel-efficient and budget-friendly vehicle, which is surely worth buying.
