New 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage Overview
The Mitsubishi Mirage hatchback and Mirage G4 sedan return largely unchanged for 2018. Mirage trims are ES, SE and GT in hatchback and G4 ES and SE in sedan. The manual-equipped SE hatchback is dropped. The hatchback received updates last year, with restyled steering wheel and air conditioning panel, new seat materials, new combination gauge cluster on both SE and GT, and restyled front fascia, rear bumper, hood, and tail lamps. Upgraded brake and suspension components introduced. The engine reengineered, now producing 74 lb.-ft. of torque and 78 hp. A 300-watt Rockford-Fosgate™ audio system with EcoPunch™ with Smartphone Link Display Audio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay available. The G4 sedan, introduced last year, shares the hatchback’s drivetrain. A Display Audio system with smartphone link, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support is standard on the SE and optional on the ES. FAST Key passive entry system with Push Button Start is also standard on the SE.
