New 2018 Genesis G80 Overview
The Genesis G80 returns for the 2018 model year with multiple changes. A new 3.3T Sport trim with enhanced Continuous Damping Control suspension is introduced, with a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 with 376 lb.-ft. of torque and 365 hp, mated to a sport-tuned 8-speed automatic. It is available in both RWD and AWD versions. The 311-hp 3.8-liter V6 and 420-hp 5.0-liter V8 Ultimate versions return, also in both RWD and AWD. The G80 gets restyled front grille, 18-inch alloy wheels, center-mounted rear brake light, and lower bumpers. Inside, an analog clock, premium audio speaker grilles, front tray console, and rear view mirror are redesigned. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard, and additional USB port added to the front seat console. Qi wireless charging is now available. The Lexicon® Premium audio system including Clari-Fi™ music restoration technology and Quantum Logic® Surround are been enhanced. Available LED headlamps with Dynamic Bending Light are also new.
