New 2018 Ford F-150 Overview
The Ford F150 sees multiple updates for 2018.  Introducing an all-new standard 3.3-liter V6 engine, with 255 lb.-ft. of torque and 282 hp.  A second-generation 2.7-liter Ecoboost engine makes its debut, with 375 lb.-ft. of torque and 325 hp.  The 5.0-liter V8 also sees improvements, offering 385 lb.-ft. of torque and 385 hp.  An all-new 3.0-liter Power Stroke, the F150’s first diesel engine, is introduced.  For 2018, all engines are now mated to a 10-speed automatic.  All trims get restyled headlamps, taillamps, grilles, bumpers, and tailgates.  The distinctive twin bars on the Sport Package-equipped Lariat are now painted body color.  The lineup gains six all-new wheel designs.   King Ranch, Platinum and Limited trims get a distinctive tailgate applique.   Technology improvements include Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection, enhanced adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, WiFi hotspot capability for up to 10 devices and available B&O PLAY high-end audio system.
