Subaru is working on a special version of the current Forester. Its name will be the Subaru Forester Wilderness, and we are pretty sure that the Japanese car manufacturer will come up with some exterior novelties and technical modifications.

In order to keep the fans happy, Subaru has decided to come up with a new video teaser for the upcoming special edition. In the new teaser, we see some various outdoor environments (forest, rocky path, snow-covered trail) and some glipse of the future Subaru Forester Wilderness.

Just like the current Outback Wilderness, the Forester special edition will feature a black element at the base of the grille.

Subaru didn’t say anything about mechanical upgrades, but on the Outback Wilderness, customers have experienced a lifted suspension, a front skid plate, and a revised final-drive ratio. Also, the Outback has different bumpers and all-terrain tires.

There is no specific date for the Subaru Forester Wilderness launch.
