Mercedes-Benz and Moncler have teamed up to develop a unique car. Based on the G-Class, the design team has come on the scene with this behamoth.

Its name is Project Mondo G and it was unveiled during London Fashion Week. Also, the car was labled as an art piece part of Moncler’s “The Art of Genius” show.

What is here to be seen? First the wheels, which are massive and have some “tires” inspired by the puffer jacker developed by Moncler. The same theme is also used for the roof, but this time you can get to see a zipper.

This one-of-a-kind machine is shorter than the production model G-Class (4.6 meters), but it is much wider (3.4 meters) and much taller (2.8 meters).

This isn’t for the first time when Mercedes-Benz allows artist or fashion related companies to work with their products. Last year we saw a unique project made by Will.I.Am, and two years ago we have witnessed the launch of Project Maybach – a cooperation between Mercedes and the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh.
