Recently unveiled this spring, the new Scion iA is already ready to be ordered in the US. The Japanese brand is offering the sedan with a starting price of $15,700 for the 6-speed manual transmission and $16,800 for the 6-speed automatic. A $795 delivery, processing and handling fee is not included in the MSRP. The car is scheduled to reach showrooms no later than September 1st.
Scion makes a historical move during this year New York Auto Show. The young brand announced the introduction of its first sporty sedan, called the iA. The 2016 Scion iA is a subcompact four-door model, build by Mazda and based on the Mazda2 sedan.
Scion wants to make a good impression for this year New York Auto Show, scheduled to open its gates during the first week of April. The Japanese brand sold only in the US will unveil two world premieres: the Scion iM and the newly named Scion iA.
