The latest generation of Ford F-150 has been subjected for severe diet in order to become a more efficient vehicle. But how did that happened. In case you were wondering how Ford managed to shave that amount of weight, here is the answer.
The Blue Oval has unveiled a modestly revised version of their best selling pickup truck the F-150, for 2013.
And since a good recipe does not require many changes, here is what the improvements are this time. Ford decided to enhance the 2013 F-150 in terms of appearance with a new grille, redesigned 18 and 20 inch wheels, optional HID projectors and three new body colours (Blue Jeans Metallic, Kodiak Brown Metallic and Ruby Red Clearcoat Metallic).
The Blue Oval has released photos and details with the 2011 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson which received numerous technology upgrades plus a 6.2-litre V8 powerplant as standard.
Thanks to this engine the 2011 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson is now capable of producing 411 HP and 434 lb-ft of torque with a 6-speed manual gearbox offered as standard and as far as towing capacity this special edition pick-up truck can pull up to 9,300 pounds.
