Skoda understood that European clients love the a properly equipped car, with a story behind and with some personality. So it decided to offer its Monte Carlo edition across the range. We saw the Rapid Spaceback Monte Carlo introduced last year, and now we meet the new Rapid Monte Carlo.

The car is scheduled to make its public appearance during the IAA in Frankfurt and will reach dealerships in November with a fresh look, sporty interior and extra equipment.

The sixth Monte Carlo model in Skoda range, Rapid features black 16- or 17-inch alloy wheels, the black finish of the radiator grille frame, exterior mirror housings, front and rear spoilers, doorsills and rear diffuser.

A Monte-Carlo badge is affixed to each of the B pillars. The rear side windows and back window are tinted (SunSet), as are the rear lights. Electrically adjustable and heated wing mirrors, xenon headlights and tinted fog lights come as standard.

On the inside we have the three-spoke sports steering wheel in leather matches the gearstick and handbrake, complemented by individual sports seats and other design elements.
